Home Tuition for Adults

ECYS tries to conduct adult classes for males and females to provide opportunities to progress their learning. However, we also appreciate that for the working individual, and with family commitments, this can prove very difficult for many to attend study groups.

One of the ethos of ECYS is to promote Madrasah learning, however, as this may not be viable for many adults, we will accept applications for adults who are keen to learn Quran and Islamic Studies, and subject to availability, we will endevour to provide you with a tutor.

We would emphasise that learning Quraan and Islam is a great honour and responsibility, and so there is an expectation that the Student adhere to Islamic ettiquettes that the teacher will explain over time.

It is preferred, according to correct Islamic Tradition, that the student attend the tuition sessions at the teacher’s home, or at an agreed place. However, if this is not possible for the teacher, or the student has acceptable reason, the tutor can teach at the student’s home.
